My college recently decided that non vaccinated students would have to go into a 7 day quarantine when they arrive on campus. My dad has been pushing for me to get vaccinated for months, but I’m 18 and my mom has been on my side this whole time so he has basically been all bluster. However, now he’s gone full tilt into rage mode that I won’t do what he thinks is “best for the family.” He has moved all of my stuff from around the house into my bedroom and is telling me that “I wanted to give you the choice but you are getting vaccinated by Friday.” I’m holding firm but I just wanted to share another story about how these deranged psychos will tear everything apart for their narrative.

you didn't finish reading the law. "Lying" is not against the law. Deceit for the purpose of personal or financial gain = fraud. I am well-versed in the law. The homeopathic doctor's fake vax cards were not FREE, ergo, FINANCIAL GAIN.
'b-b-b-but lying i-is f-fraud!!!!!"
fuck outta here
No, you are not being on honest and are cherry picking parts of statutory law. The law for fraud is encompassing.
So, why are are you avoiding commenting on the link I provided on 2 occasions? This provides proof positive that your deception is very, very bad advice. One cannot deny that lying and deceiving is a bad idea. The truth is sharper than any deception and lie.
Are you actually the fuck retarded???? Arrested for SELLING, KEYWORD SELLING, READ IT AGAIN SEEEELLLLLLIIIINNNNGGGGGGGG fake vaccination cards!!!!!!
It is NOT AGAINST THE LAW TO LIE TO PEOPLE.
Everyone here on this Site inherently knows this is wrong. Thou Shalt Not Lie has not ever been amended.
You are obfuscating the original point. One can deceptively argue that lying and deceiving one's own dad is 'not' technically fraud, but anyone who has raised a family knows -- What is practiced in the family has a large tendency to 'spill' outside of the family. As in this case, condoning fraud in the family may result in fraud being perpetrated at the college that the dad wants him to attend. I already linked a federal case of fake Covid cards. However, apparently you haven't read any statutes on fraud. It is the injury from purposely deceiving another that is the crime, not necessarily profit, albeit it is sound evidence for fraud.
Go tell a lie or deception to the police and see it what it does to you. In fact, do this to any government agency and see what happens. You are forgetting the original thread was concerning a son and his relationship with his father. Yes, I get the Covid vaccine issue, but this is about tending college with that requirement. The son has a right here and does not need to deceive and lie. This is never the way to produce righteousness. In fact, it lessens it. Unfortunately, compulsive behavior to lie and deceive doesn't take into effect the end consequences. A fake Covid card is fraud whether it is to deceive the dad or the college.
Again, go ahead and try this with government. Sometimes evidence is best determined by example.
Dude your brain is broken. I have addressed several separate times that he should be straight with his dad that the card is fake. In fact in the thread the guy says he made a fake card and showed his dad the fake card, being honest about it being a fake card and his dad wrote FRAUD on it.
White lies do not constitute legal fraud. I actually went through contract law, so entertaining your horseshit is exhausting because it's hard to believe anyone is this goddamned stupid.
