Great read. I never heard of devolution before outside of Mario Brothers the live action movie.

It was originally put forward by Thomas Wictor on Quodverum, but he is not a Q guy so it never really spread to the Q boards. But it is info that all anons should see. Anytime someone says "the military is in control", this is what they mean.
