It is my belief it is meant as a Nation; i.e. no real or lasting harm to the whole.
In any War, casualties are part of it. Sucks but thats the truth. Difference is, people have the choice (as a whole, exceptions exist): be stupid and follow orders or wake the F*** up and realize what they've done and are doing.
We have the power, we just need to learn as a people what change we can do as one.
