If no one is held accountable for breaking the previous laws, what makes you think that they won't break the new laws?

Texas has arrested some underlings, but there have been no high profile arrests.

As far as I'm concerned, talk about 2022 and 2024 is meaningless until PEOPLE ARE PUNISHED.
