I was talking with a coworker today and the "vaccine" topic came up. I've been trying to nudge people around my work into looking at what is really going on with the "vaccines" and explaining they work like allergy shots where they provide short-term relief while ensuring long-term symptoms.
The coworker in question was STAUNCHLY anti-Trump. Not so much pro-Biden, but she drank the CNN cool-aid enough to start "Oh yeah!" busting down brick walls in Biden's name.
Anyway, today in particular I mentioned the problems with the blood clots and how the spike proteins being produced with partial completion and clogging the ACE2 receptors was the likely cause of action for the clotting.
The coworker was responsive to the science, especially since I could back it up with personal experience and explained how I got out of the allergy shot trap, but when I mentioned the following:
And it is isn't even a partisan issue. Trump was the one who pulled all liabilities for manufacturers...
I saw her eyes widen. Like she saw a ghost. Her hate of Trump has faded since the election, but it is still there. I saw the cogs in her head. I imagine she was trying to find ways to blame Trump for the rushed "vaccines" while also trying to reconcile with all the pro-vaccine propaganda she had devoured coming from the Left.
I think I made a genuine impact. I didn't want to scare her and tell her she was gonna die, so I told her the only reason I would ever mention this to someone who is vaccinated was because I thought Ivermectin, HCQ, and Quercetin can help stop any damage from the "vaccines." Quercetin helped me get off allergy shots, so I'm not talking out my ass here.
After that I mentioned that some reports are coming out that some people only got saline shots because the vials of the "vaccine" and the dilution vial of saline are getting mixed up, so she might be one of the lucky ones... She, somewhat proudly, exclaimed she got the Pfizer and I told her it probably didn't matter given the competency of our nurses...
Just thought I'd share. Maybe we can use their own unbridled hatred of Trump as a wake-up call that they can't ignore. Namely, by stating that EVERYONE, whether Trump, RINO, and Democrat, are conspiring to let Big Pharma give Mengele a run for his money on these "vaccines."
PREP Act from 2005 and EUA establish blanket immunity from liability.
It seems to me Trump only avoids blame if those agents/agencies and moles in his administration are prosecuted as co-conspirators. Part of willful misconduct is [knowingly] withholding information from the President and feeding him false data.
"blanket immunity from liability."
You gotta read the legalese there.
"blanket immunity" and "blanket immunity from liability" are two completely different concepts.
If they had "complete immunity" that would include not only liability but also any and all reproach after the fact. Pretty much no politician would let that through, even a Democrat, because it basically puts the immune party (Big Pharma) in complete control of the government, and Democrats, while corrupt, aren't corrupt enough to give up ALL their power and leverage, even to their direct benefactors.
"immunity from liability" on the other hand means it is a limited immunity, therefore it is still revokeable if the other facets of immunity hadn't also been defined.
Read the intro to the PREP Act.
That supports my previous assessment.
Ah yes, very good, thank you for the clarification. Perhaps I should have said “sweeping” immunity.
yes, technically liability is limited, but the standard to prove willful misconduct is so onerous on the injured party as to be nearly impossible to make a claim.
Yup. That's why I'm not holding my breath.
If everyone has equal standing, then the courts can easily argue no one has standing. See how that works? I can't wait until the "standing" debate is settled and judges finally start taking cases instead of shrugging them off.
good insight.
Oh my goodness!
The problems people are having are from willful misconduct!
We should look into that.
Might be able to prove it.
Of course we can prove it, if they would let it get that far.
But we won't have standing, either because we filed too early or filed too late. No matter what, we can't file because "fuck you that's why."
Which means no discovery.
Which means no evidence.
Which means no proof.
Ah, that makes sense, thanks.
