Um what?
Have you seen what unions have done in the USA? Everyone in my town is part of a union and they all vote Democrat and push CRT.
Lumping every Union into a group like they share every aspect of their existence is a mistake.
Are large DNC backed Unions backing Critical Race Theory? Of course. Wouldn’t it be a fundamental out-of-sync matter if that was not the case?
Look. If you, as a large employer, mandate all employees attend “trainings” that emphasize every single thing in the work place is a micro-aggression or worse - what happens? Employees stop communicating with one another. They flat. Stop. Talking. Everyone is terrified of saying whatever it is that breaks the DoubleThink paradigm and if people are too afraid of being reported up the chain for just about anything - are they likely to get together and demand more cash or better working conditions or communicate about what benefits they personally have? No. The corporations know this.
They are putting people in a room and giving them the paradigm of “just don’t talk. It’s too risky. You can loose yourself job. Be in constant fear of the person next to you being offended so smile up Jackhole.”
Make sense?
There is a reason why Common Core curriculums also foment this sort of division. As Q said “They Want Us Divided.”
I’ve personally been in these trainings myself and was asked to apologize for all of my privileges.
I grew up in a manner none of these folks had a clue about - they wanted me to isolate myself, by race, by gender, by who I am attracted to, what God I worship - If I was specifically a White Heterosexual Male Christian - I was supposed to tell everyone “I am so sorry for being born. Forgive me please.”
You only further proved my point while failing to give me a good reason why Unions aren't the fucking cause of a lot of the problems we have.
Well I wouldn’t argue that unions are a good thing. I fully agree they are typically shit.
What I was doing was showing that critical race theory is being used by large companies to promote fear of the individual - which is also a keystone to communism / totalitarianism.
A point that didn't need to be made. At all.
The Unions have played a major role in implementing that keystone.
