Claiming Kenyan citizenship as a way to escape does not mean he will ever set for on Kenyan soil, that Kenya would even accept him, or that he will escape. I take this post to mean a last desperate attempt by B.O. to stop what is coming.

Someone like him has lots of favors he can call in. He can likely go there unannounced without needing any authorization.

That's why I scoff when people take "revoke their passport." They don't need them. They have favors they can call in, and lots of fuck-you money. Passports are for peasants like me and you.
