I had several based, q, against the cabal folks I followed on Tic Tok before they scrubbed my account. Who should I look for to rebuild my account?

This doesnt work that way. If the platform is Cabal owned, then no matter how many innocent voices scream, they can drown it out and create an echo chamber.
