I don't believe it is a question of intelligence. It is an issue of self-preservation.
Just like us, I think that any smart person that looks at the evidence will conclude that the CDC and the WHO are full of shit. I'll bet most medical doctors will simply not push the vaccine and will not want to talk about it until they see a change in public opinion.

I think the sleep deprivation they endure as part of becoming a doctor permanently effects the critical thinking skills.
