It’s quite creepy, actually. l thought we were supposed to be the cuIt followers. To call oneself a liberal and lean on the side of big company and big g0v shows an inherent lack of understanding in both politics and irony. Actual brown shirts. Actual fascism. They are by definition what they call us.
If they could keep a cohesive set of values, I reckon I’d be fine. But aren’t they the side that says tax gud CaPiTaLiSm BaD? Except America is BY DEFINITION a mixed economy.
Keep doing it imo. Maybe the curious blue might stumble on it and realize just how absurd they sound. They lack self-awareness, which is kinda a prerequisite for sentience. But maybe a few might learn how idiotic they sound. Or cringe.
I never understood the whole celebrity culture, and now the whole youtube social media influencer culture. Honestly, I think there is a certain mindset of people who blindly follows these, and I dunno if you can ever do anything to cure that. They will latch on to someone else eventually.
