Overpopulation isn't real but underpopulation isn't real either.

The fact is too many people have kids who shouldn't be having kids.

Joggers, illegals, drug addicts, illiterates, homeless, the truly mentally ill, the truly disabled, etc

However, while there's rumors of vaccines causing sterility, I don't think that's the actual point.
