This is not the claim at all. They've just made this false statement that has nothing to do with the actual claim, so they can fact check their own false statement they've made.
The actual claim: "74k ballots were counted that seemed to never have been sent out."
Again, two totally different claims, one made up by the fake news, and the claim actually made.
