This is not a 'line of succession' thing, this is a 'winner of the election' thing.

The fraudulent winner does not get 'impeached', because he is not the President. Instead he gets removed.

Trump is not the 'runner up', he is the winner.

The true winner becomes President.

We do not make up new rules simply because one side cheated.
