In his letter, Dershowitz seems to continue to argue that the documents he seeks to release to the public somehow exonerate him. But the main documents at issue do no such thing, as they are an old manuscript which describes him as talking to Epstein while Ms. Giuffre was performing a sexual act on Epstein, and email written by reporter Sharon Churcher stating “We all suspect Alan is a pedo,” These are hardly exculpatory materials.

It only states that D was talking to E when Max was doing her deed. He could have been on the phone. That doesn't make D a pedophile. He was E lawyer. D said he went to the island once with his wife. I believe D didn't do anything wrong. As a lawyer to his client he defended him that's it. D has been ostracized since he came out and spoke at Trump's impeachment hearing. So now he takes heat for that. He is trying to save his credibility can't blame him for that.

He was watching. The pedophile part was in there but that’s why I did the headline with watched. Had I believed that I would have put in all caps. So, he may not be a pedo but he was complicit and a coward.

Hmm .. IANAL, but it looks like its talking about technicalities regarding Dershowitz motion regarding redacted filing - and seems to imply that he has no standing in this matter ...
