A world war provides cover for resetting the banking system and other nefarious results, like weakening the western countries to finish removing all the peoples' freedoms and install totalitarian systems.
It was always the plan to get into war as a cover for the shady shit the DS does, like yes resetting the banking system, population control, and a reason to lockdown a country or find a way to strip us of our freedom by reasoning of "it's for your protection". Palpatine from star wars, as an example, was given emergency powers because of the war. Wouldn't that be something the DS would be interested in as well? Being able to grant puppets emergency powers that last forever. Plus the elites make so much fucking money off war because they're supplying both sides
According to everythign I've read when Hillary won she was to kick off a war with Russian to destroy both countries. I've seen this referenced a number of times, but I haven't saved any of the sources. I don't think Q ever spelled this out, but I'm not certain about that.
Didn't know this part of the plan, ww thing, could you elaborate? Doesn't this harm the great reset plan?
