The further you get from the earth the less pull you feel from the gravity. It still exists. Just because there is an "Atmosphere" that extends far beyond the earth, 15-100 earth radii) doesn't mean we have not left the earth. The moon is definitely another body and the moon is definitely not on or in the earth. The moon is within the geocorona but a separate object. Not sure what you are trying to say there.
You say the same thing over and over. it actually extends 391,000 miles from earth. 2x the distance from the moon. As it extends it becomes thinner. The moon is in our atmosphere correct. The moon is fun, it is captured by our gravity, hence why it's a satellite and it has its own gravity.
