They had large down payment. Thanks to the stimulus x2 and the new child tax checks. Very low income area. I feel another housing market crisis coming. Joe finishing what Barack started.

But with no income to pay the mortgage I don’t know how that’s possible. Are they on some kind of permanent government program or something?

Unemployment for now. One of them got back paid Unemployment for time while he was in jail. I'm annoyed by it all.
