I was going through Q posts and they mention in one of their video game chats being worried about Durham getting the referral instead of NSD (im assuming this is a favorable district to them)

So I think he is real but maybe a pseudonym for anonymity?

Interestingly, Dominic Cummings (UK PM's aide previously) went to Durham and broke his 'isolation' (caused some anger among the populace). His excuse for going to Barnard Castle, Durham, was to ''check my eyesight''. Make of that what you will...
