Depends on the angle of fire... anything below about a 70-degree from horizon shot will have some residual muzzle velocity. The lower the angle, the higher velocity it will retain; the higher the angle, the lower the velocity. Rounds shot at a higher angle or straight up lose velocity quite fast and simply fall back to earth. Not that I would want to get hit with one, but it would mostly feel like a small metal object that was simply dropped from several hundred feet up. Sting, maybe a bruise... but not likely lethal.
in the description it says Death to Khamenei, Death to the Islamic Republic... and right at the end of the clip one guy is shooting not in the air but at someone in the street.

Well I see lots of sound and fury but with no explanation, context, translation, or identifying who's shooting who. So this could be anything.
So far only see some shooting into the air (still dangerous, bullets eventually have to come down and have a high terminal velocity.)
