When you have record-smashing catastrophic flooding in Belgium, and the UK right next door is in a heatwave with having had nary a sweatbead of precipitation in a week, something's not right.

Yes, I think there is large scale weather manipulation going on. It would be surprising if it weren't given that we are in a covert existential war on all fronts in all sectors. We know the tech exists, even if it's just cloud seeding.
