Not to be confused with Fulton County, GA.

Fulton County, Pennsylvania co.fulton.pa.us Fulton County is a county located in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, the population was 14,845, making it the fourth-least populous county in Pennsylvania. Its county seat is McConnellsburg.
