i started reading about HAARP at least fifteen years ago. No one I knew wanted to hear about it, and even then they asked where my tinfoil hat was. This sh*t's been around a while. During "Hurricane" Sandy, I couldn't believe what I was seeing and hearing. They pretty much pin-pointed where it would make landfall (directly on my house according to the "Weather" channel) and were accurate within about fifty miles.
