I think the question still stands. Why did they mail out 7 million ballots in 2020? Were they checking to see which addresses were valid and which ones bounced back? Were they checking to see who they could vote on behalf of? If people are eligible to vote but never do, wouldn't it be easy to vote for them? If they don't even vote would they ever bother to check to see if someone voted on their behalf?
The question stands. Why did Raffensberger send out ballots to 7 million people in 2020? How did they use that data feedback for the general election?
