This is nothing to get your panties in a Twist about. NATO, like us, has bases all around the world. This is just their presence just like we have presence in theirs. Its a token force of solidarity.

There is zero chance the Navy would cede its major base on the east coast to anyone.

Now what people SHOULD be asking questions about is the Chinese troops being trained here.
