I am not an expert either but it smells like a LARP. If he had any kind of kill switch the bad guys would have found it and disabled it before they killed him.
There is an ethereum wallet that came out of being dormant when McAfees death was announced and it's been sending out $whackd tokens non stop for a month. It's believed that whatever McAfee had was put on the block chain, which can never be deleted.
It's a calculated ploy to create a bubble around the price of Whackd Tokens. The people who are running the countdown are using it to temporarily inflate the price so they can sell what is otherwise a worthless crypto that is prone to scamming.
Iām not that computer savvy. What does this mean?
Download the program SWARM and look for the links is what I found so far I'll post more if I find more
Why would I download a program from the internet? Is it safe?
Who knows, just sit back and wait for the rest of us to do our work, then reap the benny's and repost till your hearts content.

I like it! But sorry he was killed. If he was, which I hope is false.
ETH's Blockchain isn't terrabyte-sized (yet), so it is unlikely to host the allegedly huge McAfee dump. Data is possibly elsewhere.
Agreed. And I'm not dooming but his weeks long countdown amounted to nothing and now there's a new countdown. I'll believe it when I see it.
