Yeah, it doesn't help that potentially good QBs get thrown into a team with a shitty O line and no weapons to help him develop, either.

I do believe QB is the hardest position of any sport. Need armnstrength, intuitive understanding of the game, plays, positions, roles, player tendencies, reading a defense in such short time, throwing accurately and the right type of thrown in very small windows of both space and time, all while avoiding pressure.
