Not out of the realm of possibilities. No politician is required to do drug tests FOR the job, or anytime after.
Looking at the lineup, it looks like inhaling some sort of substance is a prerequisite if anything.
Agreed, we need to pass a law requiring mandatory drug tests on job start, and random tests afterwards for all tax payer funded positions. Its actually ridiculous its not in place already.
What is most important, imo, is to allow citizens to request an audit on a public servants' finances. If you work for the people, as the country intended, then you should be prepared to do what the people ask. The privileges of being a private citizen should be gone the moment they take taxpayer money as their salary.
