The Sunken Cost Fallacy suggests that stubborn vaxxed will say in for a penny, in for a pound, but the widespread true and bad publicity of adverse vaxx effects will scare many others. I think it will come down to how hard the totalitarian vaxx bullying will get, if the bullies are still in power.
