There is salvation and forgiveness to those who turn away from evil.
God Wins = Doesn't matter if the evil ones turn away or find salvation. God gave people free will to choose their path but also gave them an out... just like Trump is giving these evil people an out. If they choose not to take it, hell have mercy on their souls.
