You can always stock up on liquor and it’s got an almost infinite shelf life. With handles of low tier alcohol roughly 3-5 dollars. Total wine near me often runs 3/$10 deals on wine as well. Or consider helping them cut back. Alcohol would definitely be a high currency in the next world.

Oh snap 5 buck!? Yeah, I can do that. I personally dont drink, can't stand the taste or feel of alcohol, so I never needed to step foot in a liquor store. I was always under the impression alcohol was expensive and "cheap" booze meant 10 bucks at best.
