Assuming all of them are young and healthy enough that they can safely have children. With is unlikely. Which means that number only gets smaller.
A number that would undoubtedly start dropping in fairly short order. As daily attrition takes hold. Such as accidents, crime, suicide etc.
To put it in perspective. That’s like taking the clock on the world population and rewinding it to around 1900 give or take a few years.
