Oh man. You hit the nail on the head with that comment. I worked for a government office once, and sent an email to 'Mrs Crazy Lady'. It's DOCTOR CRAZY LADY, you dirty peasant!!! She reported me to my manager who advised me to correctly address people. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
