Human beings are grossed out by body sores. That’s just how it is. No matter how much you intellectualize this and shame people for feeling that way, the natural human instinct doesn’t change. So the most you are able to do is force people to pretend to agree with you and say your magic phrase that “body sores aren’t gross”, but it will be an empty platitude changing absolutely nothing. It’s a complete waste of time going to war on an emotion.
