I think they may need to have waited for an MD to declare death, as FD rescue people not able to do so. Either way, unresponsive on the floor, and not communicating for three days certainly can't be good.
Well from what I've seen, I don't think the fire department made the declaration that he's dead. Just the guy who was filming the whole thing.
That's my assumption that he's "most likely" dead based on what I've seen so far and I watched the video with Google's Live Captions so I didn't want to make it a fact that he's dead in case if the captions was wrong.
If they said he's dead then OK there you have it. I'm just trying to contribute as much as possible to this community without including fake information and false data, including my observation as it sometimes can be wrong since I'm deaf and I'm basing everything off on the captioning over audio.

Exactly, which is why I said, "Most likely dead" as in "I'm assuming he's dead until the coroner says so."
