May I suggest that you search GAW for "Devolution" by Patel Patriot. It's a 6 part series and it more or less lays out what The Plan might be. It's fascinating reading, especially the conclusions Patel comes to. And as you read those 6 essays, keep this video in mind.

Yeah I remembered when it happened... I just sorta wrote it off like that always happens.
