There’s only one cure for this insanity. It’s a cancer on society. Mental Institutions, although almost always mismanaged and full of atrocities FILLED A REQUIREMENT in a normal society as those in need of confinement proved their inability to conform into society’s norms. If crimes were committed then true imprisonment is warranted...but these institutions need to be reinstated. Understand these people walk the streets today.
