I posted in another post about this in relation to Pelosi not being able to arrest members only their staff in her stupid mask mandate...
They shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.
Members of congress can't be arrested without absolute proof of serious crimes. Its meant to prevent the Executive Branch from arresting them in order to prevent them from voting or giving a speech, etc etc. Separation of powers protection.
So I also saw some people talking about the August break. For the next 4-5 weeks Congress is on its regular yearly summer break. So if you had a plan to arrest half of congress(or even just a dozen members) for treason would it not be prudent to plan those arrests while Congress was not in session??? That way no one could accuse you of attempting to interfere in their job, etc? They couldn't hide behind this constitutional rule???
In other words starting next week we have a whole month of open season hunting on members of congress. Funny how the timing works with the AZ audit being pretty much finished.

The constitution explicitly allows members of Congress to be arrested for Treason regardless of whether or not Congress is in session.
It's just that you have to wait for a Congressional recess to arrest them for lesser crimes.
In a way that's sort of the point. What if there is only rock solid evidence to arrest a dozen of them for full on treason but the others can only be changed with lesser crimes. Stuff that might be serious, but could be called into question vs this rule.
Beyond that it has absolutely NOTHING to do with evidence or the crimes they can or plan to charge... Its about managing perception. They can't have the MSM mockingbird media parrot non-sense about this rule if Congress isn't in session. They can't even claim that trump or the military or the GOP or whoever they blame is trying to prevent them from passing a certain bill... they can't claim its a coupe etc etc. When combined with the voter fraud being exposed... pedophilia stuff being exposed... human/drug trafficking... etc... It removes all excuses.
Without those plausible reasons they will get desperate and just make shit up further exposing themselves. If they also arrest key media people it entirely blows up any hope of managing public opinion. Their only effective weapon is useless.
It just makes sense. The timing is a little too perfect. Especially when compared to the size of the rage bubble that's been growing world wide. If something doesn't happen very soon people are going to stop holding back and violence will be all that is left over. If there is a plan/Q is real they HAVE to see they are out of time. If not then they are blind or don't exist and we are all doomed.

Whether or not this plays into the plan, who knows? But it, by itself, is not enough to have the knickers in a twist.
