I have a horrible addiction to cigarettes, take a statin drug and the T2 diabetes drug metformin (which apparently seems to be beneficial). Sp apparently, my poor health and disgusting habits are keeping me safe from the coof!

I'm sorry. I know how tough that addiction is. I watched my mom begin to hate herself because she couldn't quit. It was heartbreaking.

Read “The Easy Way To Stop Smoking” by Allen Carr. It helped me stop after a 15 yr addiction. I’ve never looked back - I don’t miss it and never will.
