I have been sneaking smokes, and feeling real bad about it. I still feel bad, like a loser addict... I had quit for almost 5 years.... I had covid in March ... I have been having bad (Bad) joint pain. After a couple days of smoking (4 cigs) I had less pain.

May not be related to each other.... many factors are involved.... but I've tried vegan, juicing, fasting, carnivore, it just kept getting worse.
