Because smoking damages the cilia in the lungs and throat and for some reason does not hold the liquid build up in the lungs. No sauce, just lots and lots of reading and studying. Had congestive heart failure 3 years ago for fluid build up in my lungs but that was from too much salt intake. Not smoking...
