Because smoking damages the cilia in the lungs and throat and for some reason does not hold the liquid build up in the lungs. No sauce, just lots and lots of reading and studying. Look it up if you wish. Let me know? Edit: Also, I've been smoking 51 years both cigs and ganja, had wuflu and never had a problem with fluid building up in my lungs from it. Had congestive heart failure 3 years ago for fluid build up in my lungs but that was from too much salt intake. Not smoking...

Tbh, I don't know. However, it's smoke going in the lungs so the assumption would be yes. I know, assumption is the mother of all foul ups. Kek
