Every time I go to the grocery store, I pick up a bag of rice. I heard at Woodstock, people had rice in their pockets so when they got hungry they just tossed some grains in and swallowed. It mixed with the liquids in their bellies and filled them up enough to not be hungry. This will not be a long-term thing in my opinion so while nutrition is important, it can slide for a bit. You just want to make sure you keep hunger at bay. There is nothing NOTHING worse than your own starving child. (IMHO)
