Northeastern NJ around Newark, Jersey City, Paterson, Passaic, and the Latino enclaves in Northbergen, West New York, Union City, etc.

Western and northern parts of the state are based enough.

And even in the blue regions you still find TONS of people who donated thousands to Trump each for his elections as per that leaked maps where you can look around any area to find Trump donations.
