It was pretty mean though. Maybe that Pepe almost got eaten as a tadpole and has some fukkin issues now! Maybe Pepe got dropped out of a hawk’s talons from a high altitude! Maybe a delivery truck almost completely ran over it! Maybe it almost drown in a swimming pool! Maybe it got the garage door slammed on it!

He has been very credible up to this point. He's the whistleblower that Lin Wood interviewed.
He called the election exactly as it happened. I thought that he was going to be totally wrong, that Trump would win, and stop the steal. He called exactly this, said he had inside info.

While some of his stuff have been proven (ie, election interference, but could be taken from Q posts), some of his stuff has not (ie, Pence did this and that).
Personally, I agree with Brian Cates stance on him until proven differently.
As far as what he says here, I think that writing is on the wall ANYWAY. He's again just saying what we all know to be true. I doubt it'll be August. But before Christmas? Fair chance, I'd say.
