i know. the amount of scammy verbal tricks / logical fallacies he uses is impressive. i count: -appeal to authority

argument from incredulity

He basically wrote a letter saying that "youre stupid dum dums and we never ate that candy bar evwn though the chocolate is all over us. so go ahead and tattle and see what happens"

its really a stupid letter because it makes him look guilty as hell and will only make jovan and the rest all the more anxious to stick it to him in court. and i pray they do.
