I have been getting into Christianity and keep seeing this idea of "New Earth"

What gives?

The New Earth comes when the world is destroyed. Don't confuse the two. The Earth was created by God. The world is a man made system. Once that system is destroyed and Man returns to trust in the Living God the Earth will heal itself by design. At least that is the way I see it.
