Yes, I read a stat yesterday I believe, that only 12.8% of blacks in NYC have received one shot. He's mandating that businesses discriminate against blacks

Tells you a lot as well. If the vaxx rate in NYC was really that high, even among white people, he wouldn't need to do this.
