Excellent point here. If it's going to be FDA approved, you can't have a waiver. They won't lift the waiver because they'll all be out of business in a week.
I really wonder how they're going to try and play this exactly. Either way, you're infringing on rights. Nobody can force or make you do / partake in a medical procedure. A vax is a medical procedure.
Firing those that refuse, or refusing employment , or refused business entry based on medical status is 100% illegal.
I'm not 100% on American rights, but here in Canada, medical status is Charter protected. Nobody, under any circumstances has the right to know or obtain knowledge of your medical status / history.
