The point is they are still requiring medical documentation in order to enter an event, not whether it works or not. The vaccine is still being used to push control
Thanks for the debate. You’re right, they are using vaccines to push control. But the fact they knew in advance of the event that vaccinated people can be asymptomatic super spreaders says something else is going on.
Either they wanted a super spreader event to justify a future lockdown. Or all parties involved are tired of Covid restrictions. It seems, though, Mayor Lightfoot would realize that allowing an event like this with full knowledge that vaccinated people can spread the virus undercuts their narrative on restrictions. But maybe with the DS logic doesn’t apply.
Sometimes people are just gonna make the wrong move. Some people say Lolla shouldn't have happened. Lightfoot allowed it. Maybe a lot of people thought it was a dumb choice. To think there is such a tight unification between Lightfoot and anyone else is somewhat presumptuous.
True, but it was known before the festival started that vaccinated people were catching and transmitting covid.

Goin to Phish Friday no medical card required deer Creek Indiana first for me since we flattened the curve
Great that's your event. I'm talking about this event. It's not freedom unless there are no places that require proof of vaccination to enter
