Absolutly. My guess is that they cut a deal. He was never goinng to be jailed for manslaughter due to the killing of the elderly. He plead guilty to the lesser charge. They know that's going to draw some attention. To me it's done. He's disgraced and he'll never be able to seriously run for higher office. All anyone would have to do is throw out questions of gender equility and all of that and he'll fold like a house of cards. Those topics are big on their side and he'll never get anu serious, legitimate support from thier base after this.
