That's BS. If law enforcement need 15rd mags to take down bad guys despite all their training why wouldn't an average citizen be entitled to the same?
What if you had to take down multiple crackhead antifa scumbags?
if the US military needs M-16 for "defense",
then the average person also needs an M-16 for defense.
Military requirements are not the same civilian requirements.
However the way things are going that may change.
Hmm. The second amendment is to protect us against a tyrannical government, so Constitutionally I disagree.
